3. Client Engagements

All professional services (brand strategy, visual identity, UI/UX design, software development) are governed by specific Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Skédio and the client.

4. Limitation of Liability

The materials on this website are provided on an "as-is" basis. Skédio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Governing Law
